While BTC (-0.4%) and SOL (-4.21%) are down on the week, ETH is up 2%, with top Ethereum NFTs also trending green over the past seven days.
During that time, floor prices climbed across major PFPs like CryptoPunks (+7%), Pudgy Penguins (+14%), Miladies (+19%), and Azuki (+11%), along with generative art series like Autoglyphs (+24%), Fidenzas (+15%), and Chromie Squiggles (+9%).
Things are flatter elsewhere.
For instance, on Bitcoin top collections like NodeMonkes and Bitcoin Puppets are down around 1-2% this week, with Mad Lads—the king of the PFP hill on Solana— also down by 2% in that span.
Those are hardly 7D bleedouts, to be sure. Yet it's interesting to note the relative strength of Ethereum NFTs compared to big assets on other big chains right now.
Seeing both ETH and top Ethereum NFTs ending the week with gains and simultaneously outperforming the other crypto majors hasn't been a common occurrence over the past year.
Whether this shift is the start of a true reversal or just a temporary divergence remains to be seen, of course. But for now, Ethereum NFTs are enjoying a moment of strength while the rest of the market drifts sideways—let's see if they can keep it up!
