With Donald Trump’s inauguration on the other side of the weekend, Bitcoin and other major assets spiked Friday.
BTC shot up to nearly $106,000 while Dogecoin added to its massive weekly spike, and both reached their highest respective prices so far in 2025. And while XRP fell short of breaking its own all-time high price on Thursday, it remains just shy of that mark and is up 39% over the last week.
Trump’s win in November helped propel the crypto market to new heights, and after some volatility around the holidays, top coins are now getting another leg up.
