The industry’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume is finally taking on one of the agencies that filed a complaint with it. Or, at least, it’s signaled it will. In a Monday court filing, Binance notified the court that it will file another motion to dismiss the CFTC’s lawsuit from March this year. At that time, the CFTC alleged that Binance violated the Commodity Exchange Act as well as certain related federal regulations. And just as the exchange is gearing up for a court battle, its CEO Changpeng Zhao also announced that Binance would reopen its doors in Japan this summer.
