Coinbase Financial Markets, Inc. has announced that it’s secured approvals from both the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), enabling it to offer investments in crypto futures to eligible customers in the United States.
The news provides further ammunition for the exchange in its ongoing legal battle with the SEC, with Coinbase presenting it as as proof of its commitment to align with U.S. regulations.
