Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon and Chang-joon Han, the company’s former chief financial officer, will be released from custody and placed under house arrest in Montenegro. Kwon and Han have promised “they will not hide until the end of the criminal proceedings, that they will regularly respond to court summons.” Kwon’s been saying formonths that he wasn’t on the run and didn’t have his assets frozen. But he now stands accused of trying to fly to Dubai with fake passports from Costa Rica and Belgium.Â
