Bitcoin fans have a new Presidential candidate to throw their weight behind. Today, Javier Milei unexpectedly won his primary election race in Argentina by a rather hefty margin, with the general election only two months away.  Milei is a vocal proponent of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and believes they have advantages over traditional money in Argentina. In one interview, he went as far as to say he wants to make the central bank “implode” for its mismanagement of inflation in the South American nation.
